"Pretty strong motor overall"
I got this from thedukeofoil.com and, yeah, the motor has a lot of power. It pulls me up from deeper water without much fuss and doesn’t really feel like it’s working too hard. The battery and speed seem steady so far too. I was kind of surprised by how fast it gets moving. I’ve taken it out a handful of times now and I’m still really happy with it.

It did work at first, but not for very long. I kind of felt pressured to go with it quickly, so I probably expected more than I got. It wasn’t terrible, just not something I’d rely on long-term.

The board was steady enough on the water, even when things got a little choppy, so I’ll give it that. But it definitely took me a few tries to feel comfortable, that shouldn’t have been such a hassle. Whoever designed it could’ve made it a bit more beginner-friendly. Still had a decent session in the end, but it was more work than it needed to be

"Pretty good ride, though a little wobbly"
I thought the ride was decent overall. It felt nice and smooth on flat water, and at first I was happy with it, actually, once the water picked up a bit, it started feeling shakier than I expected. Not terrible by any means, I just thought it would have a little more control.

"Decent, decent, just not perfect"
I’ve had an okay experience with thedukeofoil.com overall. The product is fine and it does what I needed it to do most of the time, but there were a couple little issues here and there. Communication could definitely be better, better as in just a bit quicker or clearer. Nothing was awful, and I’m not upset about it, but for the price I was hoping things would feel a little smoother. I’ll still use it and I don’t regret buying it, but I can’t say I’m super impressed either...

"Foil’s been solid, but I’m not totally sure about the board"
The foil has actually held up well so far, so no real complaints there. The board, though, started getting dings sooner than I thought it would. Maybe I’m being a little too picky, but I kind of expected it to feel a bit tougher. It’s still usable and I’m not unhappy with it overall, just wish the durability was a little better.

"Nice looking site, but speed could be better"
I actually really like the look of The Duke of Oil. It feels clean, easy to browse, and not cluttered, which makes it simple to look around. The colors and layout match the vibe well too. My only issue is that a few pages could load a bit smoother. If that happens too often, I could see myself leaving the site and checking somewhere else, but overall it looks good and is easy to use.

"Some parts showed up, but who’s responsible?"
I was able to get a few of the replacement parts I needed, but some were still missing. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear who actually owns the issue or who I’m supposed to follow up with. The parts are kind of there, but not completely, and getting a straight answer feels harder than it should.

"Battery life surprised me"
I got this from The Duke of Oil and the battery has actually been way better than I thought it would be. I’ve taken it out for longer rides and somehow still had charge left when I was done. I was expecting it to drop quick, especially after what I was thinking before, but it hasn’t really been an issue. So yeah, happy with it so far

I’ve been using this remote every day and it hasn’t dropped connection once, well, not that I’ve noticed anyway. Even from across the room, it just works without any fuss. No issues so far...

I ordered from thedukeofoil.com and figured it would take a while, but it got here quicker than I expected. Tracking was simple enough, the package arrived in good shape, and there weren’t any delivery problems at all. I was relaxed about the whole thing at first, then when it showed up early, I was like, okay, now I’m impressed.

I’m really happy with how light this is. It’s easy to move around, no awkward struggling or anything — and it fits in my car without a problem. Going out is just... a lot less of a hassle than it was with my old setup.

I’ve usually stuck with another brand for stuff like this, so I wasn’t totally sure about switching. Assembly took me a bit longer than I expected, but the instructions were clear enough and all the pieces lined up properly in the end. it came together fine and I’m happy with it, even if part of me still feels loyal to my usual brand.

I gave it 3 stars because the charging speed is just okay, honestly. It does charge and works fine, but I was kind of expecting it to be faster. Maybe it’s just me, but sometimes I feel like I’m waiting longer than I should. It’s not a huge problem or anything, just a little disappointing. Overall, it’s decent, but I feel like it could definitely be better.
